💼 Independent Technical Writing Projects

(Product & Developer Documentation)

Knops — First-User Experience & Activation Report

Conducted a structured first-user review of the Knops platform. Identified an activation gap where users could not experience core product value while their account was pending approval. Produced a documentation-style report outlining friction points, impact on user activation, and practical improvement suggestions. Received extended platform access for further evaluation.

Buildingabot — Onboarding & Activation Experience Review

Prepared a first-user experience report analyzing onboarding clarity, value discovery, and barriers preventing new users from reaching product value. Delivered structured documentation highlighting improvement opportunities in onboarding flow and early user engagement.

Enovo — Subscription & Update Flow Documentation Sample

Created a developer-focused documentation sample explaining subscription update behavior, entitlement handling, and client–backend interaction flows in a mobile app context. Included API response examples and technical implementation notes written in the style of internal developer documentation.
